This project is sold as a commercial product (via Gumroad) and is licensed per user (per seat).

Summary (plain English)

• 1 license = 1 person (one “Seat” assigned to one identifiable human user).

• If a company wants 10 people to use the Software, it must buy 10 licenses (10 Seats).

• You may share the generated reports/output with your customers/clients and stakeholders.

• You may not redistribute the Software, resell it, or offer it as a hosted/SaaS service to third parties.

Key concepts

Seat / Authorized User

• A Seat is assigned to a single Authorized User (a specific person).

• Seats are not shared or “concurrent”.

• A Seat can be reassigned when the original user permanently stops using the Software (for example, offboarding).

Output is shareable

The Output (for example index.html, reports, exported artifacts) is owned by you and can be shared as part of your normal client deliverables. The restriction is on distributing the Software, not on sharing Output.

Typical violations (avoid these)

• Buying 1 license and having multiple analysts run the tool with it.

• Putting the tool on a shared server so multiple people use it under one purchase.

• Embedding the tool into a managed offering where third parties directly access the Software (SaaS/service bureau).
